Craving for pasta, pizza, burgers? Italian, American and Mexican food in one? But don’t have enough budgets to eat all those heavenly foods? Oh well friendships CAFÉ MARIA JERICA is the best answer!!


It was on a Friday, I’m not used to go home early (our office hours every Friday is 8am-5pm) and my itchy feet and stomach want to go and eat somewhere that has pasta, pizza and more more. That day was “petse de peligro” because pay day will come more than a week pa but I really want to go somewhere. I first searched google for a place to eat, yet it can fit on our budget and as well as our appetite. While finding, suddenly I remembered what my friend Mica told me about “Café Maria Jerica”. She already eaten here and she said she got so satisfied.

Riding on a jeepney from my workplace, I’m already thinking on what to order. (sorry PG! haha). Arriving at the place, you’ll first get shocked on its location, because it’s located on a residential area, not as furnished as other restaurants you probably went to but surely loved inside. Instagrammable din ito bes!

We looked first for seats; luckily we found a space inside and then choose what to order. Sad that they don’t have the menu thingy (I don’t know if they have it now) so my companion just went to the counter and look for the food to order. 

THE MENU

Upon waiting for the order, my eyes can’t help but to look the interior design of the restaurant. It soo awesome! That home ambiance. If there’s a chance choose to eat inside hehe you’ll surely appreciate the design and enjoy eating :) it’s quite hot coz they only using electric fan and there are lot of people dropping by here. Wag ng choosy bes, pagkain ang pinunta mo hindi aircon :D

So here comes the food! Yehey!!

Pepperoni Pizza - Php 85

Good Taste! A classic pizza flavor yet so classy ;) it’s sooo cheesy by the way. Rating. 9/10

House Special - Php150

their most expensive pizza. That’s why we got so curious to taste it, but unluckily, it didn’t meet our taste buds, it’s just the same as pepperoni pizza and added few stuffs. Ayan na yon? Rating. 7/10

Joshua’s Mac n Cheese – Php80

The taste was good, but it’s not my bet. It may look so creamy, but I was quite tasteless, and the cheese huhu bes, di ko nalasahan. Maybe they can improve it next time ;)  but for 80 pesos meal that’s good for 2? Swak na swak na to!! Rating. 8/10

Pasta Meatball – Php100 

I love their pasta meatballs! Pak na pak sya bes! Rating. 9/10

Ansells Baked Mac – Php 90

Taste was worth the money, but it quite wishy washy (malabnaw), I’m looking for some thickness of the food, but I haven’t found it. Maybe because they didn’t put mozzarella cheese on it. But it’s great guys! Rating. 7/10

Buffalo wings - Php 150

Wooohho, Buffalo Wings lovers!! You must try this one! It’s sooo tasty. But just to remind you, it doesn’t have the spicy taste as other buffalo wings have. Rating. 9/10

Blue Lemonade - Php 25

Wew! At a very low price, their blue lemonade was superb! Ever they put lot of ice on it, it’s still tasty! You should try this also. Rating. 10/10

We didn’t tried their burgers, but as we saw other’s orders, it look so yummy! We’ll gonna try those foodies next tim.

Money’s worth, tummy’s full! What can you ask for? For only 755 pesos, 4 big tummies made this restaurant sooo full that we can’t even manage to stand and walk properly! Hahaha

They also have buffet if you want to try all their menu, for only 299.
